We are hiring a Freelance Junior Designer (Contract) to join our DC-based team and help with the execution of digital content for our client. The Freelance Junior Designer (Contract) will create graphics based on a templatized design system for all digital and social channels. In this role, you will have a meaningful impact on our client's digital visibility and public reputation.

 

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Graphic Design

• Understanding of design principles

• Confidence and proficiency Mac OS, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud

• Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment in which meticulous attention to detail is required

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong time management, organizational skills and able to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes

• Positive mental attitude, team oriented and willing to go the extra mile

• Be up to date on the latest trends in print and digital marketing
